You’re in the right place.

I work with unique individuals and relationships in the San Francisco Bay Area, who are seeking collaborative, creative, and evidence based psychotherapy.

And yet here you are. On the brink of a new day, in which courageous, interdependent, and radical connection to the life you’ve always wanted, is only as far as an email.

I offer virtual psychotherapy in California to artists, seekers, orphans, cheaters, activists, relationships of all kinds, teenagers, house wives, immigrants, sex workers, bullies, feminists, compulsive dieters, paradigm shifters, spiritual bankruptcy, love addicts, gender f*ckers, trailblazers, bicultural identities, sexual pioneers, broken hearts, substance abusers, social phobics, money matters and more.

If this is you, I'm here to help!

Services

  • Depression, anxiety, loss of purpose, or confusion, can signal a need for deep change. Individual therapy will help you discover the meaning behind your discomfort, and help you point yourself in a new direction. I’ll be your trusty partner along the way, bringing my most authentic self to our therapeutic relationship and our shared experience of being human, in deeply unsettling times.

  • Are you wondering why your relationship feels so hard? I work with people across the relationship and sexuality spectrum, to answer this very question. Together, we’ll address whatever is keeping you from connecting deeply to yourselves and each other. Therapy will be active, enlightening and (hopefully) fun, and will set the groundwork for growth far beyond our work together.

  • Parenting is f**king hard. I will work with you on managing the often overwhelming emotions that come with our journey as parents to our kids, and with our coparenting partners. I specialize in issues such as maternal ambivalence, depression, rage, loss of identity, connection or libido, fertility challenges, or intrusive thinking.

  • Most of us aren’t taught how to listen deeply to the language of our bodies. We’ve become alienated from our desire, and constricted in our communication. Sexuality focused psychotherapy will invite reflection on topics such as sexual satisfaction, alternative expressions of sexuality, communication, desire, sexual trauma and more.
